Recent check runs for a pack: the same JSONL records written under evals/history/ when the pack is writable.

List and show runs

JSON output includes per-run usage with cost_usd when available.

Re-run one check

skillgate check skills/pdf --case extract-hello

Useful to re-run one pinned check after you change the pack. A red result on a single case does not block deploy by itself; deploy still requires a passing full-pack check.
